Mullin ISD Librarian/Media Specialist

Brenda Ferguson is the librarian/media specialist for Mullin ISD. Mrs. Ferguson has a Masters in Library Science from the University of North Texas, a Masters of Arts in English from the University of Central Oklahoma, and a Bachelors of Arts in English from Tarleton State University. She also holds a Graduate Academic Certificate in Youth Services in Libraries and a Graduate Academic Certificate in Storytelling, both from the University of North Texas. Mrs. Ferguson is a certified school librarian (learning resources specialist/media specialist) for grades PreK-12 and has over 20 years of experience in education to include positions as classroom teacher, college instructor, curriculum writer/consultant, projects director, and librarian/media specialist. She has had course materials, stories, articles, and book reviews published by reputable institutions and publishers. Her most recent book and video reviews have been published in Library Media Connection, a leading professional library magazine and review journal.
