1.         Call to order.

 

2.         Call roll and establish a quorum.

 

3.         Approve minutes from the December 11, 2006 board meeting.

 

4.         Hear from audience.

 

5.         Call Trustee Election.

 

6.         Appoint election judge and election clerk for May, 2007 election.

 

7.         Discuss naming Tom Witt of Linebarger, Groggan, Blair and Simpson, LLP as agent to represent the district on an appeal to the Comptroller’s office on 2006 taxes (if       necessary).

 

8.         Discuss school calendar for 2006-2007.

 

9.         Discuss appointment of new member to CAD board.

 

10.       Principal’s report:

                        a. Campus update.

                        b. U.I.L. update.                      

 

11.       Superintendent’s report:

                        a. Finance update.

                        b. Special Education update.

                        c. Discuss transportation needs for 2007-2008.

                        d. Discuss TASB S.L.I. for June, 2007.

 

12        Consideration and action regarding extension of Principal’s contract.

 

13.       Amend budget (as needed).

 

14.       Approve Payment of bills.

 

 

15.       Personnel:

                        a. Discuss hiring new personnel for 2006-2007 school year (as needed).

                        b. Accept resignations (as needed).

                        c. Discuss personnel matters (as needed).
